This is the story of Tuvalu who finally made it to Port Moresby. Their voyage began on Tuesday this week with three long days out at sea on a boat to Fiji and then on to Port Moresby, arriving just last night.Permanent secretary of the Team Tuvalu, Talavi Iona said it had been a long journey but their determination to get to the Games brought them here safely and in time.“We’ve had no rest. We were delayed by a few days because of bad weather but we finally set sail to Fiji and then made our way here. We’re all excited to be here,” said Iona.Tuvala have 113 athletes and officials here for the Games and will be taking part in sports including boxing, taekwondo, table tennis and weightlifting.

(WSVN) – Crews responded to a grass fire in the area of 25045 Krome Ave. in Southwest Miami-Dade, Wednesday.According to Miami-Dade Fire Rescue, the fire is now under control.
